Carriers join Cargado at no cost. If you run cross-border or domestic Mexico freight, request access and our team will start verification. Questions about onboarding, documents, or your account go to carriers@cargado.com, in English or Spanish.

Which email address should I use?

Brokers and current customers write to success@cargado.com, carriers write to carriers@cargado.com, and everything else goes to contact@cargado.com. Legal notices go to legal@cargado.com. When in doubt, send it to contact@cargado.com and we will route it.

How quickly will I hear back?

Most messages get a reply within a business day or two. Legal and compliance requests can take longer because the right people need to review them. Product questions often get answered fastest through the Help Center at help.cargado.com.

Can I get support in Spanish?

Yes. The platform operates in English and Spanish, and the carrier team works in both languages every day. Write to carriers@cargado.com in whichever language you prefer.
