Why carriers like it

Less phone. More freight that fits your trucks.

Loads that fit come to the place you already check, and the conversation stays on the load.

Finding loads on Cargado

Only freight that fits

Loads you can't haul stay off your list.

Your list starts from your trailers, routes and border crossings, so you are not scrolling past a flatbed load when you run dry vans, or a lane you don't run.

Your lanes only
Email your trucks

Email your open trucks. Matching loads come back in moments.

Send the trucks you have open to trucklists@cargado.com, and the reply lists the loads that match them. Have a long list? Send the whole list.

  • No app needed to start. Your email works.
  • Logistics companies see your posted trucks when they post a load that fits.

The best part about it is we don't have to go into the board and start searching for stuff unless we need to. Cargado is actually messaging us when there's freight available.

Questions carriers ask

Something else? Email carriers@cargado.com.

What's the catch?

There isn't one. Cargado is at no cost for carriers: no subscription, no contract and no per-load fees, and you can add your whole dispatch team. Logistics companies pay to use Cargado, and more good carriers on it make it better for them.

Are the logistics companies on Cargado vetted?

Our team onboards every logistics company before it can post freight on Cargado. After a match, you still run your own checks and onboarding with them, the way you normally would.

Do I need a U.S. MC or DOT number to join?

Only U.S. carriers need one to join. U.S. carriers sign up with a USDOT number. Mexican carriers sign up with their RFC and SICT permit, and Canadian carriers with a CVOR, NIR or NSC number. To bid on a load that moves in the U.S., your profile needs a USDOT number, or a partner carrier with U.S. authority can bid for you. You add your MC number to your profile after you sign up.

Why can't I bid on some loads?

A load that moves only inside one country can only go to a carrier based in that country, and a load that touches the U.S. needs a USDOT number on your profile. A logistics company can also keep a posting from a carrier, for example the carrier already running that lane for it. Email carriers@cargado.com with a link to the posting and we'll tell you which rule applies.
