We built Analytics to answer the questions that matter most to your business. Which of your postings get the most bids? How is your posting volume trending? Where can you improve coverage and grow your Mexico or Canada business?
Analytics turns your posting and bid activity into dashboards built for decision-makers.
What's in Cargado Analytics
- Postings dashboard: track posting volume and marketplace activity over time.
- Bids dashboard: see bid patterns, matches and carrier engagement across your freight.
- Filters: narrow the data by dates, geography, workspace and more.
- Exportable data: download as CSV, XLSX or JSON to dig deeper or share with your team.
Where to find it
Once you're logged in, click the Analytics tab. Switch between the Postings and Bids dashboards, or click View Raw Data to export the rows behind the charts.
Analytics refreshes daily at 2 a.m. CT with all activity through midnight.
How brokers are using it
Early adopters are already using Analytics to:
- Find growth opportunities. One operations team spotted low Canada posting volume and expanded its coverage.
- Share what works. Teams see which posting approaches get the most carrier responses, so more of their postings drive bids.
- Build custom reports. Brokers export raw data to Power BI and Excel and combine Cargado metrics with other KPIs in dashboards for their executives.
- Get answers on their own. They filter, segment and export when they need to.
