2,400+

Carriers of all sizes

Vetted carrier partners for better bids and faster booking.

Cargado filters the whole network down to the carriers that fit

Every carrier tells us their fleet, trailers, lanes, and certifications when they join. Within about 30 seconds of posting, Cargado matches against those profiles and filters out everyone who doesn't fit.

Service-area match

We match your lane and border crossing against the service areas each carrier actually runs.

Equipment match

Dry van, reefer, open deck, and more, matched to the trailers each carrier operates.

Certification match

CTPAT, OEA, bonded, and other credentials your freight requires, as listed on the carrier's profile.

Border city load volume: Laredo, Otay Mesa, El Paso, Pharr

Every suggestion has already cleared the bar

Every carrier in your suggestions was reviewed by our carrier team before it could see or bid on freight.

  • Intentional onboarding: We meet with every broker 1:1 before onboarding. Our carrier team reviews every carrier before it can see or bid on freight: active FMCSA authority in the U.S., RFC, SICT permit and company documents in Mexico, provincial safety registration and insurance in Canada, plus three references.
  • Mexico and Canada qualifications: Carriers list CTPAT, OEA, FAST and bonded status, equipment, and more on their profile, so confirm certifications before you tender.
  • Ongoing monitoring: Our team is alerted if a carrier's USDOT status lapses, and you can block a carrier on any load or lane you post.
  • Broker-level compliance options: Apply your own compliance requirements at the broker level before awarding freight.
  • Verified Chat profiles: With MFA-protected accounts and detailed profiles so you know who you’re talking to.

“It helps us quote fast, and that's when you win it. Customers ask for a rate at 11, and by 11:30 they have it. That speed puts a smile on their faces.”

Post with the full picture, and skip the calls that don't fit

Post a load or lane with equipment, dates, and any certifications the freight needs. That complete detail is exactly what kills the cold-call marathon, because Cargado already knows who fits.

Post freight with the specifics that directly impact coverage and execution. Cargado matches freight to the right carriers faster, for fewer questions, higher-quality bids, and more accurate pricing.

  • Border crossings and service area
  • Compliance and certifications like CTPAT and OEA
  • Equipment nuances
  • Transfer type: door-to-door versus transload

“The best part about Cargado is we don't have to search the board unless we need to. Cargado actually messages us when there's freight available.”

See who fits, then talk to them

Post the requirements that determine coverage, and Cargado routes your freight to the best-fit carriers and centralizes bids in one place. And Suggested Carriers isn't a static list, it's the start of a conversation, with Cargado Chat built right in.

Post once with your exact requirements

Including lane and service area, equipment, compliance and certifications, and transfer type (door-to-door versus transload). This way, the right carrier sees it and the wrong ones don’t.

Carriers receive notifications via their preferred channels

Instead of posting and praying, Cargado routes freight to the best-match carriers where they are, so the right carriers see the opportunity quickly and can place a bid.

Get a list of recommended carriers

Cargado generates a ranked list of recommended carriers based on your lane, equipment, and requirements, on even your toughest-to-cover freight, so you start with the carriers most likely to say yes.

“Once you take the time to build your profile, Cargado is good at giving you just the loads that work. The system doesn’t fill my inbox with stuff I can’t service. I’m seeing just my lanes, just the stuff I want to look at.”

Is Cargado an open load board?

No. Cargado is a vetted marketplace. We meet with every broker before onboarding them, and our team reviews every carrier before it can see or bid on freight. A posting board is part of the workflow, but targeted matching, carrier notifications, verified chat, and market rates are what actually get freight covered.

How do posting and bidding work?

Post a load once with the details that determine coverage: lane, border crossing, equipment, certifications like CTPAT and OEA, and door-to-door versus transload. Cargado notifies best-fit carriers through their preferred channels, generates a ranked list of recommended carriers, and centralizes bids, questions, and counters in one workflow instead of email, calls, and message threads.

How does Cargado vet carriers and onboard brokers?

Every carrier applies, and our team reviews it before turning the account on. What a carrier submits depends on its country: FMCSA authority in the U.S., RFC, SICT permit and company documents in Mexico, provincial registration and insurance in Canada, plus three references. Certifications are listed by the carrier, so confirm them before you tender. We meet with every broker before onboarding them.

What does Cargado cost?

Carriers use the marketplace free. Broker plans start at $500 a month for 25 load postings and 50 rate lookups, and Enterprise is unlimited at a custom price. Every plan includes unlimited users and Market Rates, with no commission on loads. Pay monthly, quarterly or annually.

Can I use Cargado for dedicated lanes and RFP freight, or just spot loads?
Both. Post spot loads for fast one-off coverage, lock in dedicated lanes with preferred carriers, and post potentials to gauge real carrier rates and interest before you commit. Many brokers also price RFPs with Cargado Market Rates, built from real carrier bids across Mexico and Canada lanes.
