How Revenova loads post to Cargado
Loads you save in Revenova sync into Cargado and post under your rules. Carriers bid in Cargado, and you assign the winning carrier in Revenova.

In 6 steps
- Save the load in Revenova
- It syncs to Cargado
- Your rules decide what posts
- Cargado finds carriers
- Carriers bid
- Accept, then assign in Revenova
With the Revenova integration, loads you save in Revenova sync into Cargado and post under your rules, so carriers can bid without anyone re-typing the load.
Step 1: Save the load in Revenova
Your team saves the load in Revenova as usual. Nobody re-enters it in Cargado.
Step 2: It syncs to Cargado
Within a few minutes the load shows up under Freight in your Cargado account, with the same load number, stops, dates and equipment, and a TMS status that mirrors Revenova.
Step 3: Your rules decide what posts
Cargado checks the load against your auto-posting rules. A load from Mexico to the U.S. matches a Mexico to U.S. rule, which can add Cargado's recommended border crossing. The load's details show Lane rule applied and the crossing as a stop.
Step 4: Cargado finds carriers
Once the load is posted, the Coverage tab checks carriers against the load's legal authority, your requirements and the lane, and notifies the carriers that fit. You can call or message any of them from the same screen.
Step 5: Carriers bid
Carriers see your load on their board marked TMS synced, open it, and submit a bid. On a cross-border load they can price the Mexico portion, the border crossing and the U.S. portion separately.
Step 6: Accept, then assign in Revenova
The bid appears in Coverage with Accept, Counter and Reject. When you accept, the load is matched and Cargado lists your next steps: assign the carrier in Revenova and send the rate confirmation.
When the load changes in Revenova, Cargado updates the posting, and takes it down once the load is no longer available.
