Change your phone number

Update the phone number on your Cargado profile. It takes a minute and saves on its own.

Your phone number is on your Personal Profile page, and you can change it whenever you need to.

Change it

  1. Open Personal Profile from your profile menu. It is under My settings.
  2. Find Phone Number.
  3. Pick your country from the list at the start of the field, then type the number without the country code.
  4. Click anywhere outside the field. The change saves on its own, so there is no button to press.

If the number is not accepted, "Phone number is invalid" appears under the field. Check that the country matches the number and that no digits are missing.

Good to know

  • Each person has their own number. Changing yours does not change anyone else's on your team.
  • Your email address cannot be changed on this page. If you need to change it, email us.

How long does my posting stay live, and why did it come down?
Loads come down when their appointment passes, Lanes after their End Date. A bidding deadline can end Lanes and Potentials sooner.

Post freight inside Mexico
You can post freight that moves only inside Mexico. Pick a Mexican unit such as a Torton or 3.5 Ton, and set the rate in pesos if you like.

What does the Analytics tab show, and can a manager see the whole team?
