In 3 steps

  1. Click Post next to Posted Trucks
  2. Fill in the truck and post it
  3. Open the truck to see its loads

Step 1: Click Post

In Find Freight, find Posted Trucks in the blue sidebar and click Post.

Top: the whole app, dimmed, with Posted Trucks in the blue sidebar highlighted and marked Step 1. Bottom, zoomed in: Posted Trucks with its Post button and one posted truck. Callout 1 marks Post. Callout 2 marks Monterrey, NLE with the number 5.
  1. Post opens the form for a new truck.
  2. A posted truck. The number is how many trucks you posted there.

Step 2: Fill in the truck and post it

Type the city in Truck location. Choose the Trailer type and the day the truck is free. If you have more than one truck there, click + to raise the count. Then click Post and Search.

Top: the whole app, dimmed, with the Post a truck window highlighted and marked Step 2. Bottom, zoomed in: the same form on a phone. Callout 1 marks Truck location. Callout 2 marks the trailer type, Dry Van (53ft), and the date. Callout 3 marks Post and Search.
  1. The city where the truck is now.
  2. The trailer type and the day the truck is free.
  3. Post and Search posts the truck and shows loads near it.

Step 3: Open the truck to see its loads

The truck now shows under Posted Trucks, grouped by date and trailer type. Click it. The list shows loads near that truck.

Top: the whole app, dimmed, with a truck under Posted Trucks highlighted and marked Step 3. Bottom, zoomed in: the top of the truck's page. Callout 1 marks the title Posted Truck: Monterrey, NLE. Callout 2 marks the tabs Everything, Spot Loads and Lanes & Projects.
  1. Posted Truck: and the city where the truck is.
  2. Everything, Spot Loads and Lanes & Projects narrow the list.

Tip: Logistics companies see your posted trucks when they post loads that match. They can reach you through Cargado chat.

The truck tag on the Load board

On the Load board, a gray tag with a truck icon under the route means the pickup is near one of your posted trucks.

Top: the whole app, dimmed, with the truck tag on one load highlighted and marked Here. Bottom, zoomed in: the load's route with the tag. Callout 1 marks the tag, 10-25 mi. Callout 2 marks the note that appears on it, ~12 mi from Monterrey, NLE.
  1. How far the pickup is from your truck, as a range.
  2. Point at the tag to see your nearest truck's city.

Edit or remove a truck

Click the truck under Posted Trucks to open its page.

Top: the whole app, dimmed, with the top of a truck's page highlighted and marked Here. Bottom, zoomed in: the same header on a phone. Callout 1 marks Edit. Callout 2 marks the trash icon. Callout 3 marks the minus and plus next to the truck count.
  1. Edit, make the change, then click Update truck twice.
  2. The trash icon, then Remove truck, takes the truck down.
  3. - and + change how many trucks.

Good to know

  • All your trucks at once: point at Posted Trucks, click ... and choose View all trucks.
  • From the Post a truck page: click View matching loads to see loads for every truck.
  • Long list: click Show all at the bottom of Posted Trucks.
  • Removed trucks: they leave your list, stop matching loads, and logistics companies no longer see them.
  • A pin instead of a truck: when you search from a city you typed, or open one truck's page, the distance is from that place.
  • Alerts: for a lane you run often, save the search and turn on alerts.
