Click Post next to Posted Trucks in the left sidebar. Enter where the truck is, its trailer type and the day it is free, then click Post and Search. Cargado posts the truck and shows you loads near it.

Logistics companies see your posted trucks when they post loads that match, and they can reach you through Cargado chat. Posted trucks and a complete profile help logistics companies find you.

Step 1: Post the truck

  1. Click Find Freight, the magnifying glass in the left rail. In the blue sidebar, find Posted Trucks and click Post.
  2. In Post a truck, type the city in Truck location.
  3. Choose the Trailer type and the date the truck is available.
  4. If you have more than one truck there, click + to raise the count.
  5. Click Post and Search.
The blue Find Freight sidebar with “Load board”, “Bids”, “Posted Trucks” with the cyan “+ Post” button and “You have no trucks posted”, and “Saved Searches”.
Post next to Posted Trucks opens the Post a truck window.
Post a truck fields filled in: Truck location “Laredo, TX, USA”, Dry Van (53ft), Oct 05 and “1 truck” with its + button, next to the blue “Post and Search” button.
Click + to raise the truck count, then Post and Search.

The truck now shows under Posted Trucks, grouped by date and trailer type. A number after the city is how many trucks you posted there.

Step 2: See loads for one truck

Click a truck under Posted Trucks. The page title reads Posted Truck: and the city, and the list shows loads near that truck. Use Everything, Spot Loads or Lanes & Projects to narrow it.

Step 3: See loads for all your trucks

Point at the Posted Trucks heading, click the ... menu and choose View all trucks. If your list is long, you can also click Show all at the bottom of it. On the Post a truck page, click View matching loads to see loads for every truck at once.

The truck icon on the Load board

On the Load board, a gray tag with a truck icon under the route means the pickup is near one of your posted trucks. The tag shows how far as a range, in miles or kilometers. Point at it to see the city of your nearest posted truck and about how far it is.

When you search from a city you typed, or open one truck's page, the tag shows a pin instead. The distance is then from that place.

Edit or remove a truck

Click the truck under Posted Trucks to open its page.

  • To change the location, trailer or date, click Edit, make the change and click Update truck. Click Update truck again to confirm.
  • To change how many trucks, use - and + next to the count.
  • To take the truck down, click the trash icon and then Remove truck. You can also point at the truck in the sidebar, click ..., choose Remove truck and confirm with Remove truck.
The “Posted Truck: Laredo, TX” page for Oct 05, Dry Van (53ft), with the “2 trucks” count between minus and plus buttons, the trash icon and “Edit” at the top right, and three nearby postings tagged 0-10 mi.
Edit, the trash icon and the truck count sit at the top of each truck's page.

A removed truck leaves your truck list, stops matching loads, and logistics companies no longer see it.

Tip: To hear about new loads on a lane you run often, save the search and turn on alerts.
