You reset your password from the sign-in page. Nobody at Cargado can see or set it for you.

Reset it

  1. Go to the sign-in page and choose Can't log in to your account? under the email field. If you already entered your email, choose Reset password on the Enter Your Password screen instead.
  2. Enter your email and choose Continue.
  3. Open the email we send and follow the link to choose a new password.
The Cargado sign-in card at account.cargado.com: Welcome, Log in to Cargado, an Email address field outlined in blue, a "Can't log in to your account?" link, Continue, and passkey and Microsoft options.
The sign-in page. Enter your email and choose Continue.
The "Enter Your Password" card at account.cargado.com: "Enter your password for Cargado", the address demo@meatballlogistics.com with an Edit link, an empty Password field, the Reset password link outlined in blue, and Continue.
Already past the email step? Choose Reset password under the password field.
The "Forgot Your Password?" card at account.cargado.com: "Enter your email address and we will send you instructions to reset your password", an Email address field outlined in blue, Continue, and Back to Cargado.
Confirm your email and choose Continue. The reset link is emailed to you.

The sign-in page is ours. Its address starts with account.cargado.com. If a page asking for your Cargado password is on any other address, do not enter it.

If the email does not arrive

  • Give it a few minutes, then check your spam or junk folder.
  • Ask your IT team whether their email filter is holding it. Company filters often quarantine password emails.
  • Make sure you typed the email your account was created with. If you were invited, it is the address the invite went to.

Still nothing? Email success@cargado.com from that address with your company name.

If the sign-in page keeps failing

Open the sign-in page in a private or incognito window and try again. That rules out an old saved session in your browser.

After the reset

If your account uses two-factor authentication, you still need your second step after a new password. Lost that too? See Two-factor authentication.

Still stuck?

Email us and a person on our team will answer. Send the posting link or a screenshot if you have one.
