What does the Analytics tab show, and can a manager see the whole team?

Analytics shows your whole company's postings, bids and Market Rates use. Everyone on your account sees the same company-wide view.

The Analytics tab shows your whole company's activity on Cargado, not only your own. Everyone on your account sees the same company-wide view, so a manager can see the team's postings without any extra setup.

Step 1: Open Analytics

Choose Analytics in the left menu. It opens on the Postings tab.

The numbers update once a day. The page says so at the top: today's activity may not show yet.

Step 2: Pick a tab

  • Postings: the freight your company has posted.
  • Bids: the bids carriers placed on your postings.
  • Market Rates: how your company uses Market Rates. You can split it by channel: UI, API or Excel Add-in.
  • Calls: if Calls is turned on for your account, this tab appears too.

Step 3: Narrow it down

The filters sit above the charts. On Postings and Bids you can filter by:

  • Workspace (Select workspaces)
  • Posting type: Load, Lane, Potential Load or Potential Lane
  • Start Date and End Date
  • Service market (Select service markets)
  • Route direction (Select route directions)

On Market Rates you get the dates, service markets and route directions, plus Select trailer categories and Select channels.

Step 4: See the rows behind the charts

On Postings and Bids, choose View Raw Data. It opens the underlying rows with the filters you already set.

Who can see Analytics

Analytics is not limited to admins. Every user on your company's account can open it, and everyone sees the same company-wide data. Analytics is scoped to your company.

Seeing one team or one person

The filters above the charts have no option for a single person or a team. Two ways to get closer:

  • If your company splits freight into workspaces, for example one per office, filter Analytics by workspace. See Rename a workspace, or make it private.
  • To see freight covered by the teams you belong to, use the Freight tab and switch to Covered By Your Teams. The option shows only if you are on at least one team. See Why does my posting say Respond?

Teams are set up from your profile menu. See Manage your team.

Start a chat from any posting, before or after you bid. Phone numbers and emails unlock in that chat once a rate is accepted.

Once your rate is accepted, you onboard with the logistics company if needed and they send a rate confirmation. Find wins under My loads and My lanes.

How do I get alerts for the lanes I want?
Search the Load board for a lane, save it with a name, and choose email, WhatsApp or push alerts for new spot loads and lanes on it.

The Freight tab holds every posting your company has made. Pick a view, choose whose freight you see, search by ID, then post it again or duplicate it.

How long does my posting stay live, and why did it come down?
Loads come down when their appointment passes, Lanes after their End Date. A bidding deadline can end Lanes and Potentials sooner.

Post freight inside Mexico
You can post freight that moves only inside Mexico. Pick a Mexican unit such as a Torton or 3.5 Ton, and set the rate in pesos if you like.
