What TMS sync means for carriers
Real loads, synced straight from brokers' systems

Brokers run every load they book in a TMS, their transportation management system. It's where the load is created, priced and assigned. When a broker connects their TMS to Cargado, their loads post to Cargado straight from that system. Nobody retypes them, and nobody copies them over from a load board.
Why it matters to you
- The load is real. It comes from the broker's own system of record, the same place they track it.
- It's current. When the broker books the load in their system, it comes off Cargado, so you spend less time calling on freight that's already covered.
- Your bid reaches the broker where they work. Bids on these loads go into the broker's own system, so the person covering the load sees your number without switching screens.
How to spot a synced load
Look for the green TMS synced dot next to the load in your load list and at the top of the load details. You bid on it the same way as any other load.
What stays the same
- Cargado is free for carriers.
- You don't need a TMS, and there's nothing to set up.
- You bid, message and get matched in the same app.
Questions carriers ask
- Do I need to do anything? No. Synced loads show up alongside every other load that fits your lanes.
- Which brokers are connected? We don't publish a list. More brokers connect their systems every month.
- I'm a broker. How do I connect my TMS? See What does a TMS integration do?
- Does it cost anything? No. Cargado is free for carriers.
- Is a synced load guaranteed to be available? It's posted from the broker's live system, but the broker still decides who hauls it. Bid early.
New to Cargado? Request access. Already a carrier on Cargado? Open Cargado.
