When you post a truck, you can now add a destination, border crossings and requirements. They are the same filters you use to search for freight.

How to use it

  1. In Find Freight, click Post next to Posted Trucks in the sidebar.
  2. Type the city in Truck location. Choose the Trailer type and the day the truck is free.
  3. To say where you want to go, type a city or state in Search destination. You can add more than one.
  4. Open More filters, the icon button on the right of the form. Set your Mode, Load requirements, Transit, Driver Requirements and Carrier Requirements. When the lane can cross the U.S.-Mexico border, you can also pick a border crossing.
  5. Click Post and Search.

Good to know

  • What is optional: the destination, border crossings and everything in More filters. A section you leave as it is uses your company profile.
  • One city, one trailer, one day: each posting has one truck location, one trailer type and one available day. Post another truck for a different combination.
  • Change it later: click the truck under Posted Trucks, click Edit, make your changes and click Update truck. Cargado asks you to confirm, because the truck starts matching loads for the new details and logistics companies looking at it see the change.
  • Who sees it: logistics companies see your truck when they post loads that match it, and can reach you through Cargado chat.
  • Step by step: see How do I post an empty truck?
